As we gear up for an exciting event, it’s essential to keep a few key details in mind to ensure a smooth experience for all players. This event promises to be filled with engaging activities and opportunities for connection, but understanding your responsibilities and the necessary preparations will make all the difference. From securing a player caddy or guide to filling out essential registration forms, we want everyone to be well-informed and ready to enjoy the event to the fullest. Here are some important points to consider before the big day arrives.

  1. Player Caddy/Guides are the responsibility of the participant (including VI participants).  While TIU4ALL will be happy to assist in finding one for you, we can make no guarantees on our success.
  2. The field will be capped at 72 players or on the final registration date (February 15th, 2025), whichever occurs first
  3. Reverse Shotgun day one. two, and final round
  4. The tournament “purse” will be announced by 02/15/2025. We will use the PGA matrix on purse disbursements. We will be paying out the top twenty (20) final standings based on a low NET score.
  5. Skills Challenge (Big Break style competition and Adaptive Clinic
    1. We will have a clinic that is open to all abilities with a focus on disabled vets/first responders and youth.  We will have PGA/LPGA professionals providing assistance in instruction.  Additional volunteers are welcome to signup to assist.
  6. https://tiu4all.wufoo.com/forms/2025-conquerors-golf-information/
    1. Make sure that you fill out the referenced form above so we can obtain all golf and event information needed.  This will include handicaps, WR4GD pass numbers, clothing sizes and menu preferences.  This will save a tremendous amount of time when it comes time to check-in.
  7. Senior low net will be a 55+ age group. Winners of Men/Women overall, runner-ups, and Senior Low Net are not eligible for individual classification awards, which will be based on low gross (adjusted).  The USGA Rules of Golf will be strictly adhered to in all instances, along with imposed local exceptions, which will be announced before the tournament.  The maximum score for each hole is 9. Players are asked to pick up and record 9 total strokes on a hole.  Tee positions are determined based on “rating/slope,” not yardages. This is the most equitable way of setting tee positions for each classification.
