TIU4ALL is proud to announce that we have chosen Forty Niner Country Club as our new home facility for 2022-2023. “Forty Niner is the perfect facility for the Team Conquistador in that it’s an adaptive friendly facility, a very supportive membership, an excellent staff, and has a challenging course that requires you to strategize every shot”, said Jon Moore, Executive Director of TIU4ALL. Casey Polivchak, GM and head pro, mentioned that the club is really looking forward to getting more involved in the adaptive golf community and welcomes the opportunity to support the Conquistador program with their adaptive clinics and events.
